For the record AbFab.net was purchased a long long time ago as the domain for our Quake 2 Clan website. AbFab celebrated 'minor' celebrity status in the early days of Quake 2 by being the first Clan to appear in PC Gamer's Clan of the Month article; "The Wonderful World Of Quake" . Rumours suggesting that they only appeared because I actually wrote the articles are unfounded. AbFab had the best record in Quake 2 in the UK for the first year that Quake 2 hit the shelves finishing 2nd in the first two Seasons of the UKCCL Quake 2 league and also 1st in the first season of the Savage CTF league and 2nd in the second season. Things went downhill after that but the team members had become such good friends so we really didn't care.
